Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer but we’ll always keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
- Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – £3.99
International Shipping
- EU: 5–10 business days – (calculated at checkout)
- USA + Rest of World: 5–14 business days –(calculated at checkout)
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for all customs fees. AYAMSI does not cover or reimburse these costs.
International returns
- At this time we cannot offer international returns. Any International sales are final.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are fully tracked.

RETURNS
We hope you love your AYAMSI piece, but if something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and the ribbon must not be tampered with. Must be returned folded in its original packaging.
How to Return
- Scan the QR code included in your order or visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email
- Choose return
- You’ll receive return instructions + shipping label
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of arrival.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on sale or final-sale items.
International returns
- At this time we cannot offer international returns. Any International sales are final.
